Discover in detail our solutions for every area of interventional radiology.

Introducers and guidewires
Our introducers and guidewires are designed to ensure safe access and precise navigation within blood vessels. These essential tools support accuracy and safety in interventional procedures.
Among our solutions, RADIFOCUS™ Guide Wire M and GLIDEWIRE ADVANTAGE® by Terumo ensure smooth navigation and maximum precision:

  • RADIFOCUS™ Guide Wire M: nitinol guidewire with Mcoat™ hydrophilic coating, reducing friction and improving navigability even in complex anatomies.

  • GLIDEWIRE ADVANTAGE®: combines a nitinol core with Glide Technology™ hydrophilic coating, offering high lubrication and control during maneuvers.

Angiographic catheters

  • Glidecath™: hydrophilic selective angiographic catheter for peripheral access with excellent navigability and control.

  • Soft Type™: soft-tip diagnostic catheter, ideal for atraumatic exploration of peripheral arteries.

Vascular closure devices

  • Angio-Seal™ VIP: device with internal anchor and bioabsorbable collagen sponge that seals arterial access in minutes and resorbs within 60–90 days.
  • FemoSeal™: system with dual bioabsorbable disc that ensures rapid closure and minimizes vascular trauma, allowing early mobilization.

EMBOLIZATION

Angiographic microwires

  • GT Wire™: hydrophilic superselective microwire for precise microvascular embolization.

Microcatheters

  • Progreat™: tungsten-coil reinforced microcatheters with PTFE inner lining for smooth, precise navigation in tortuous peripheral vessels.
  • Occlusafe™: balloon microcatheter for temporary occlusion, redistributing blood flow and improving access to microcirculation, increasing therapeutic agent accumulation in the target lesion and reducing non-target embolization.

Embolization microspheres

  • LifePearl™: PEG microspheres loadable with chemotherapeutic agents (Doxorubicin, Irinotecan, Idarubicin, Epirubicin) for controlled and targeted embolization, with prolonged suspension and precise calibration.
  • HydroPearl™: compressible, non-absorbable PEG microspheres for selective embolization.
  • BioPearl™: resorbable microspheres for drug-eluting embolization.

Embolization coils

Oncological ablation system

  • TATO™: 2,450 MHz microwave ablation system that allows the simultaneous use of up to four antennas, improving visibility and control during procedures.
Offers a range of detachable antennas from 11G to 18G, enabling caliber selection for each procedure and organ, including liver, lungs, kidneys, and thyroid.
We offer advanced mechanical thrombectomy systems for percutaneous treatment, ideal for safely and effectively treating deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism. Our solutions enable rapid thrombus removal, improving patient symptoms and their quality of life. Among our advanced percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy systems for treating pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis, we offer devices such as FlowTriever and ClotTriever by Inari Medical:
  • FlowTriever System: A percutaneous device, designed for mechanical thrombus removal in pulmonary arteries, in a single session without the use of thrombolytics. It reduces the risk of bleeding and intensive care unit (ICU) stay times, and improving quickly the hemodynamics parameters.
  • ClotTriever System: a percutaneous device designed for mechanical thrombus removal in peripheral veins, indicated for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) treatment. It allows complete thrombus removal in a single session without the use of thrombolytics, rapidly improving symptoms and reducing the risk of long-term complications.
These devices offer effective options for managing thromboembolic diseases, contributing to better clinical outcomes and enhanced quality of life for patients.

CATHETERS

Support catheters and microcatheters

  • Navicross™: support catheter for guidewires and devices during complex procedures, providing optimal stability and maneuverability.

Guiding introducers

  • Destination™ Guiding Sheath: functions as both a guiding catheter and introducer, designed for the introduction of diagnostic and interventional devices into the human vascular system, including lower limbs, renal arteries, and carotids.
  • Partially hydrophilic super-stiff angiographic guidewires
  • GLIDEWIRE ADVANTAGE®

PTA balloons

Peripheral stents

  • Renzan™ Peripheral Stent System: self-expanding nitinol peripheral stent, pre-mounted on a rapid exchange (RX) delivery catheter. The braided wire design improves flexibility and conformability during dynamic vessel movement. The repositionable release system ensures easy and accurate stent placement.
  • Roadsaver™ Carotid Artery Stent: dual-layer carotid stent with micromesh technology designed to contain plaque against the vessel wall and prevent plaque protrusion, protecting against distal embolization. The braided nitinol platform offers excellent flexibility and adaptation to tortuous anatomies.

The Santreva endovascular revascularization catheter is designed to effectively address even the most complex occlusions, including chronic total occlusions (CTO). Thanks to its ability to cross lesions, compress plaques, and create a channel within the vessel, it facilitates access to the true lumen and prepares peripheral arteries —such as the femoropopliteal segment—for the subsequent stages of treatment.
